Welcome to studydaskare.com (the "Site"), operated by Study Daskare Ltd ("Daskáre," "Study Daskare," "we," "us," "our"), a company based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including our courses, programmes, admissions process, student portal/learning management system ("LMS"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may only enroll in programmes with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf where required.

2. Our Services

Study Daskare provides information about, and access to, educational programmes including graduate programmes, language programmes, foundation pathways, pre-law and pre-medical preparatory studies, exam preparation programmes, and other professional and lifelong learning courses. Course availability, content, pricing, and format may change at any time and are described in more detail on individual programme pages.

We do not guarantee admission to any programme, institution, or third-party partner referenced on the Site. Where we facilitate connections with partner institutions or accreditation bodies, admission and academic outcomes remain subject to those third parties' own requirements and decisions.

3. Accounts and the Student Portal

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and admissions, and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Course content accessed through the student portal/LMS is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only (see Section 6).

4. Enrollment, Payments, and Refunds

• Course and programme fees are as listed on the Site at the time of enrollment, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store full payment card details.
• By enrolling in a paid course, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments at any time; changes will not affect programmes you have already paid for.

5. Admissions Information and Documents

If you apply for admission to a programme, you agree to submit accurate documents (e.g., transcripts, identification, certificates) and understand that misrepresentation may result in rejection of your application or termination of enrollment. Submission of documents does not guarantee acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, the Daskáre name and branding, and the LMS platform itself — is owned by Study Daskare or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may access and use course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent.
• Downloading, screen-recording, or otherwise extracting course materials for redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. User Contributions

If the Site allows comments, forum posts, reviews, or other user-generated content ("Contributions"):

• You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute them in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
• You are solely responsible for your Contributions and must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Contributions at our discretion.
